Mentorship: Guiding the next generation through wisdom and experience. Through our 'Rooted and Rising' initiative, we connect South Bay middle and high school students with proven leaders to cultivate civic agency, financial stewardship, and community problem-solving.

• For the Youth: "Ready to lead? Apply to join our next Leadership Lab cohort." 

• For the Mentors: "Have wisdom to share? Become a volunteer mentor and help shape San Diego’s future.".

• The Executive Circle: Youth gain direct access to the Impact San Diego Board, learning the "Business of Leadership," including financial literacy and professional communication.

• The Clergy Connection: In partnership with the South Bay Clergy Association, we provide moral and ethical guidance, ensuring our leaders are rooted in character and inclusive hospitality.

• The Peer-to-Peer Bridge: Our high school seniors act as "Junior Mentors" to middle school students, creating a sustainable cycle of leadership within the neighborhood.
